Our Story
At Project Alliance, our team isn’t just a collection of professionals—we’re a tight-knit group of problem-solvers, strategists, and career navigators who believe in doing things differently. We come from diverse backgrounds, each bringing something unique to the table, but we share one core belief: people come first.
For me, this journey started in the military and shipyards, where quitting simply wasn’t an option. You learned to show up, solve problems, and get the job done—no excuses. When I transitioned into staffing and consulting, I realized something: too many companies treat hiring like a numbers game, and too many professionals are left navigating their careers alone. I wanted to change that.
That’s where this team comes in. Over the years, we’ve built a powerhouse of experts who don’t just fill jobs—we build companies, shape careers, and create opportunities that last. Some of us have spent years mastering recruitment strategies, others have built businesses from the ground up, and some just have an uncanny ability to bring the right people together (which, honestly, might be our best skill of all).
